APN News and Media

The company I have been assigned is APN News and Media. 

APN News & Media has a diverse portfolio of vibrant media assets in Australia and New Zealand. These divisions include online publishing, newspaper publishing, broadcast radio and outdoor advertising.

To be honest it was quite daunting being given an assessment on a company I had never heard of. However after reading about the company, it became apparent I had seen and listened to their work numerous times in the news and media.
I’m excited to find out more about APN in the in the coming weeks.

I am a little concerned about the Australian APN site, it is quite confusing and the information poorly set out compared to the New Zealand page. It also lacks alot of information on the site, only giving a very brief view of what APN does. However I am feeling optamistic towards this challenge and I'm sure it wont take me to long to work it all out.
 I'm excited to use the knowledge I will gain from this course to further understand new and media companies and APN specifically.
